I used Mr Taylor two occasions, first to negotiate aqusition of two properties to make room for industrial expansion in Bristol Tn. for Tri-City Extrusion of which I was President. This land was not on the market and the owner had to be researched and negotiated which was completed successfully and timely by Mr Taylor.
I also used Mr Taylor to list my home at 331 Springlake Rd in Bristol Va.This home was sold within 60 days and within 2K of asking price and is still one of the higest
properties sold in the devlopment.
In both cases Mr Taylor demonstrated excellent skills in all phases of the Real Estate business and I would recommend him with out hesitation to anyone. (less)
